How do I make a claim for my damaged or lost luggage?
In the event of damage, loss or delay of your baggage on arrival, it is necessary to make a declaration on the day of your arrival at the baggage counter, which is located in the customs baggage delivery area.
If this has not been done, you have 7 days to send a complaint letter to the address indicated below.
- During the first 5 days following your declaration, you can contact the baggage services of the airport to follow-up on your file (the contact appears on your declaration).
- From the 6th day, the Corsair Baggage Service can be reached on 3917 (choice n°4) who continues the search until the 30th day.

We remind you that the company does not take into account anything that is perishable (including drugs), valuable or fragile items, currency, jewelry, silverware, securities, valuables or other precious items, samples and business papers that are placed in checked baggage, whether or not the carrier is aware.
We advise you not to place such items or objects in the baggage hold but to keep them with you in the cabin.
