Where do you need to check in?

At the counter
Check in at a check-in counter. To find out where the check-in desk is located, please visit our dedicated page:
- On Self-Service Kiosks (SSK)
Check in, complete your baggage tags and boarding pass at the self-service kiosks in minutes. Then proceed to our drop-off counter.
If you have already checked in online, simply process your baggage tags and proceed to our baggage drop-off counter. These terminals are open from 12 hours before your flight until 2 hours before departure for all destinations.
Note: Passengers travelling with an infant, children unaccompanied by a fully-entitled adult (UM) or persons who have requested airport assistance are not eligible for this service.
Attention: No handwritten notes may be added to the baggage tag published by the self-service kiosks, under penalty of being denied boarding.

ATTENTION:
- If you have checked in beforehand and you have left your luggage at the check-in counter, present yourself at the police and customs filters at least 1h30 before the departure of your flight in order to go through them in peace.
- If you are not at the boarding gate 30 minutes before departure time, you will not be allowed on board.
How to check-in ?
In order to receive your boarding pass, you must present the identity card or passport used at the time of your reservation, as well as any other documents required by customs, administrative or health regulations for entry into or departure from the territory. The PARAFE (Rapid Automated Crossing at External Borders) programme makes your journey easier: it allows you to cross borders with the help of automated passport control. Follow the instructions at the airport and let yourself be guided.
The PARAFE program is free of charge and based on voluntary work. Its aim is to facilitate your passage but also to reduce any delays.
