How do I change my trip?

Any change to the ticket before departure is subject to the fare conditions applying to the ticket purchased. Before making any request, we ask you to check that your ticket meets the conditions for modification. 
If you have purchased a changeable ticket, you will only be able to change your travel dates or class of travel by choosing to travel in a higher class.

 Please note :

  • Promotional fares (Basic fares) are generally valid for 1 month from the date of departure (the return journey does not exceed 1 month). If you have already made the outward journey, the date of your return journey may not exceed the maximum validity of the ticket.
  • Normal fares (fares excluding Eco Basic, Eco classic) are valid for between 6 and 12 months: these are the Eco smart or Eco flex fares in Economy class; the Premium Flex fare in Premium class and the Business Flex fare in Business class.


On the day of departure from the airport, you can also change your class of travel by choosing an upgrade. A package will be offered to you at this time (this offer is valid throughout the Corsair network on Corsair-operated flights only) if seats are still available on board.


What you won't be able to do:

  • Change your destination;  
  • Change to travel in a lower transport cabin (from Business to Premium class for example)
  • Transfer your ticket to a third party; 
  • Add a new passenger to your file whose tickets have already been paid for and issued. You will need to create a new booking file.
  • Remove a passenger who can no longer travel from your booking file whose tickets have already been issued: you will need to contact our Customer Service department who will carry out the transaction, then go to the online claim form to obtain a refund of the ticket, provided that the ticket is refundable. 

You have several possibilities to make the authorised changes: 

1- You have bought your ticket in a Corsair point of sale : 

If you have bought a ticket that can be modified before departure at a Corsair sales point of sale (Corsair website, Corsair agency or Corsair sales counter at the airport), you can :  

  • Change your dates online in the "My booking" section located on the Corsair home page at the top right of the site. Simply click on the "modify your trip" button.
    The fees for modifying your ticket depends on the fare purchased and the fare availability on the new flight you choose. It is therefore not possible to tell you in advance how much it will cost. Only an online simulation or by contacting our Customer Service department will be able to tell you precisely what costs, if any, you will have to pay for your change of travel date.

Please note 

  • You will not be able to change your destination. 
  • If the "modify your ticket" button does not appear even though you have bought your ticket in a Corsair sales point of sale (www.flycorsair.com website or Corsair agency), it means that your ticket cannot be modified (purchase of an "Eco basic" promotional fare, for example).  

Important information 
Online on www.flycorsair.com website,  all passengers in the booking file will benefit from the change you wish to make to your trip.  It will therefore not be possible to modify your reservation only for some of the passengers in the reservation file.

2- You have bought your ticket in a sale point other than Corsair : 

Before departure of your 1st flight, you must modify your ticket in your point of sale (your travel agency or your website other than Corsair). 

After departure of your flight and at point of turnaround you can contat your travel agency or our Customer Service open every day from 07:00am to 11:00pm at:
