Can we change a name on a ticket?

Once the e-ticket has been issued, it is not possible to transfer the ticket to a third party.
Airline tickets are by nature non-transferable for security reasons.

Caution: 
Please check that the surname on your ticket is the same as the ID you will present when you check in for your flight and the police filter.

For women, it is not mandatory to indicate the maiden name as well as the wife's name.
When making your reservation, we simply ask you to indicate only one name, i.e. the surname indicated in the "Name" section of your ID (the name "Wife" is not obligatory).

The following cases of possible changes are subject to our assessment before modification and may be subject to charges :

  • Spelling error on the name, provided the pronunciation does not change
  • Inversion of 2 letters
  • Inversion of last name and first name
