I did not receive the invoice for my reservation
Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive two documents by e-mail:
- The confirmation of your reservation,
- your electronic ticket (itinerary receipt).
If after checking (included your spam mail box) you are not in possession of the said document, contact our Customer Service open every day from 07:00 am to 11:00pm at:

Invoices are accounting documents with VAT. No VAT is charged on tickets for international flights.
The electronic ticket issued to you is the reference accounting document. We can nevertheless issue you a detailed certificate of payment for your trip.
To do this, simply submit a request via our online "claim form ".
