How to book a bassinet?
We provide bassinets for babies under 9 months of age on our flights.
The number of bassinet on board is limited, and there is no guarantee of obtaining one at the time of booking. Booking a bassinet is a paying service.
It is not possible to reserve a bassinet online, except at the time of web check-in (72 hours before departure). You will therefore need to make the reservation before departure with our Customer Service, which is open every day from 07:00 to 23:00. You can also contact your travel agent if you purchased your ticket through them.
Cost of the bassinet : Eur 50 per leg.
