Can I book a themed meal or a special meal if I travel in Premium or Business Classes?

The Gourmet, Italian, Terroir and Marin theme meals are only available to Economy and Premium Class passengers.

If you are travelling in Premium or Business Class, you can book a different type of meal from the free a la carte Gourmet menu, such as the Prestige meal or the Signature meal. 

The Prestige menu includes Petrossian caviar and lobster. This meal is served cold and is only available from Paris.

Our signature menus, which will delight your taste buds, have been created by chefs including Têtard (Reunion Island) and William Girard (Mauritius) chefs.
They are available on our 3 classes of cruises at some of our stopovers. These meals consist of a starter, main course, cheese and dessert.

From the West Indies, the menu includes sautéed ouassous and butter-poached lobster;
From Réunion Island, Chef Têtard offers you scallop carpaccio and toothfish rillettes with lime;
From Mauritius, Chef William Girard will make you discover turnip ravioli with prawns, poached lobster and a chocolate fondant square with speculoos biscuits and cinnamon cream.

•     All meal orders (Prestige or Signature) must be carried out no later than 48 hours before departure and are only available on flights operated by Corsair.
