How to transport medicines?
If you need to take medication on board, don’t forget to pack it in your cabin baggage. They must be accompanied by the medical prescription with the exact name of the drug.
In case of medical treatment which requires transporting syringes (such as insulin treatment, etc.), the European regulations limiting cabin baggage require that the personal prescription of the attending physician is presented to the airport security counter.
The latter must certify the need for the passenger to keep the syringes in the cabin, give details on all the treatment elements which are taken during the trip (outgoing flight, stay and return flight) and specify all the medications, which include those for which the rate of renewal is less frequent.
Note :
To transport your vaccines or medicines, you will need to bring YOUR OWN ISOTHERMAL BAG to refrigerate them, our on-board staff will not take responsibility for their conservation.
To properly prepare your baggage, please also take note of these regulations issued by the Ministry of Ecological and Solidarity Transition.
