Extime – An exceptional space combining elegance and serenity

The Extime lounge covers an area of 363 m² and offers over 100 seats. It provides a refined and personalized experience, suitable for both business and leisure travel. The lounge also features a panoramic terrace with an unobstructed view of the runways.

Have you forgotten an item in our Orly lounges? All lost items are handed over to the Orly Airport lost property service.

For items forgotten in our lounges located in other airports, we invite you to contact directly the lost property service of the relevant airport, in accordance with local procedures in force.

Most frequently asked questions

Can I get a refund for the purchase of private lounge access ?

The purchase of lounge access at Orly, Fort-de-France, or Pointe-à-Pitre is only refundable if you cancel the flight associated with the purchase of this service. The ticket fare must be eligible for a refund in order for both the service and your flight to be refunded.

Did you forget an item in our Orly lounge ?

All items found in our lounge are handed over to the Lost and Found office at Orly. This office is located in the “Arrivals” area of Paris-Orly Terminals 1 and 2, opposite elevators A100 serving parking lot P2. Opening hours: every day from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday.
