What are the police formalities?
We invite you to contact the Customs Service at:
0 811 20 44 44 (0,06 € all taxes included/mn) or the website :

For identity documents, please consult the France Diplomacy website by clicking on the following link:
http://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/fr/services-aux-citoyens/
Careful:
If you need to travel soon, check the validity of your travel documents. You must have your identity document accepted for transport by our registration agents and by the Border Police: the National Identity card or the passport are for example accepted identity documents. Depending on your nationality you will probably also need a visa.
Be on the alert, check your documents and inquire as need be before your departure!
It is your responsibility to have all your travel documents and check their validity and not the responsibility of Corsair!
SINCE JANUARY 15, 2017
A minor child who travels abroad (including DROM) without being accompanied by one of his parents must present the following 3 documents on registration and police filters:
• 1 valid identity document for minors: identity card or passport + possible visa depending on the requirements of the country of destination (to be verified by consulting the country files on the diplomatie.gouv.fr site).
• 1 photocopy of the valid identity document or expired one, for less than 5 years of the authorizing/signing parent: identity card or passport.
• 1 form signed by one of the parents with parental authority (available by clicking on the public service link below).
For more information, consult the public service website
https://www.service-public.fr/
To be noted:
• the driver's license is in no way an identity document accepted by the Border Police to leave the territory and travel on board even if you are of French nationality and your trip is to a French department.
• All passengers (including babies) must have an identity document (CNI or passport and/or visa depending on your destination and your nationality) to travel. The family record book is not a travel document.
