Any item left in our Business lounge will be returned to the Paris-Orly Lost Property Service.

This office is located on the "Arrivals" level of Paris-Orly 1 and 2 terminals, opposite the A100 elevators serving the P2 car park.
Opening hours:
from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. every day from Monday to Sunday.

Items forgotten on board our planes:
Objects found on board our planes are then given to the Station Manager of our Company. You will have to file a complaint through the online complaint form by proceeding like this:
• go to the bottom of the site's home page in the "Customer Service" section
• click on "Complaints" 
• click on "Other reasons", and click on "Business lounge"
