How do I insert my discount voucher?

At step 4 of your booking "summary before payment", please go to "I have a voucher or a promocode" and :
1 - Insert your code without spaces between characters; Copy and paste your code if it is possible.
2 - Click on "Apply reduction" to valid your code.
Amount of your voucher will be automatically deducted from your total amount to be paid.
3 - Then finalize your booking by selecting your credit card.
If you have any difficulties inserting your discount code or your voucher, before contacting us please check that :
- Your booking is in the correct cabin class;
- Your code has no space between characters;
- you respect the period of application of your voucher which does not necessarily correspond to the selected travel dates.
Promocodes can't be used to our Customer Service. Our Customer advisors will could only verify the conditions of application.
