Can I get a refund for the purchase of an additional baggage item?
This service is non-refundable and non-transferable.
However, it can be modified and postponed in the case of a change in flight. Please remember that if you change your trip online on the website, your additional baggage will not be re-associated with the new flight automatically. You will need to contact our Customer Service who shall then transfer your additional baggage to the new flight.
Essential information:
Additional baggage is limited to 9 bags per passenger, including the basic deductible.
This service cannot be purchased in the following cases:
- for babies under the age of 2
- for the transport of animals (in the cabin or in the hold).
