What are the differences between Eco basic, Eco classic and Eco Flexible?

Economy class is divided into 3 fares categories :

1 - "Economy Basic" type of fares

  • Ticket changeable with fees (200 euros) since May 31, 2023.
  • Non-refundable ticket since April 18, 2023.
  • Number of seats on board is limited for this fare.
  • The validity of the stay on site is 1 month maximum in most cases.
  • Checked baggage of 23kg only to and from Abidjan, Bamako and Cotonou.


2 - "Economy Classic" type of fares

  • Ticket can be modified with fees as of April 15, 2024 (50 € or 70 CAD for travel between Reunion and Mayotte or Reunion and Madagascar and 200 € or 270 CAD for all other destinations).
  • Non-refundable ticket since April 18, 2023.
  • Depending on the destination, 1 or 2 checked bags (only for flights to and from Abidjan, Bamako and Cotonou) are included in the price.


3 - "Economy Flex" type of fares

These rates are comfortably flexible. Changes and refunds before flight departure are free of charge. They cater to all types of passengers.
These tickets are valid for 1 year, which allows you to modify your flight before departure, within the limit of 1 year from the date of purchase (and not 1 year from the date of the 1st departure).

  • 1 piece of checked baggage is included in the price, except for destinations to and from Africa (Benin, Ivory Coast, Mali).
