What are the modalities for the transport of unaccompanied goods?

Unaccompanied baggage must be left the day before or several hours before your departure in the freight zone, except for home pick-ups.

A transport file will then be established by our correspondents including several important documents:
- The air waybill (LTA number in the format "923 - xxxx xxxx"). This is your transport contract with the company on the front (conditions at the back: back). This number will be requested upon arrival to pick up the goods.
- The declaration of value signed by you or the invoice for new goods.

Our correspondent will tell you the expected delivery time depending on the availability.
Please note that this is only an indicative deadline. Pursuant to the regulations on aviation security, sending your shipment may be postponed (for example if the bundling presents opaque areas while passing through the X-ray). Moreover, we advise you to check with the Freight Service at you destination if your shipments have been correctly received before traveling. Upon arrival, your freight will be stored in the warehouse awaiting pick-up or delivery.

Watch out of shopping costs in certain destinations, especially if you do not come to pick up your shipment after 2 or 3 days after its arrival.
