Can we be reimbursed for the purchase of an access to the private lounge?

Purchasing an access to the private lounge at Orly, Fort-de-France or Pointe-a-Pitre is only refunded if you cancel your flight associated through the purchase of this service.
It is understood that your fare must be authorized for a refund, in order for you to be reimbursed for this service and your flight.
