What are the bereaved family fares?

Réponse

Traveling for grieving families from/to the overseas departments and regions (DROM), Corsair has implemented a special economy class fare, valid throughout the year.

This rate is reserved in Economy class to allow sale right until the last available seat. It can only be sold by round trip and through Corsair outlets only. This rate is only applicable between Metropolitan France and Fort-de-France, Pointe-à-Pitre, Reunion island or Mayotte.

Download the charter of respect for the grieving:

To claim this rate, passengers must provide, on the day the ticket is issued, a death certificate issued by the town hall of residence of the deceased, as well as proof of 1st degree kinship*.
Four members of the same family can benefit from this rate.

*Only 1st degree family members are affected by this rate: father, mother, brothers, sisters and children of the deceased.

If passengers are unable to present the death certificate on the day of issue, they will have to pay the normal rate in force. They will then have the possibility, by sending a letter with proof within 30 days of the departure date, to obtain a refund of the difference between the normal rate paid and the rate for bereaved families.
